Batwan can be found only in Iloilo and Bacolod. Its a tree where it has a very sour fruit. It can be use in cooking. Mostly Ilonggos use this for there cooking recipe. Specially in sinigang and also in Lauya. It can be made also as jam. For the people who visited Iloilo and Bacolod, dont miss to try this kind of jam. Coz you cannot found it even in Cebu.
